HOPE FOR BEREAVED provides workshops, in-services, training and seminars for medical personnel, faith communities, agencies and youth groups. Call to receive HOPE's Speaker's Bureau brochure.
HOW TO HELP WHEN GRIEF IS IN THE WORKPLACE: HOPE has developed a complete training seminar as well as training manual for businesses.
HOW TO HELP CHILDREN SIX & UNDER COPE WITH GRIEF: This program was developed for daycare/homecare providers, parent(s)/caregiver(s), childcare agencies, pediatric nurses, etc. It includes a participant workbook, handouts and helpful brochures.
CHILDREN AND GRIEF: HOPE provides workshops and training seminars for teachers, crisis teams and parents that includes pamphlets and handouts. HOPE also provides workshops during class for students.
COPING WITH THE HOLIDAYS: Two programs are offered in November. One is held offsite, on a Sunday, at a location TBA. The other is held on the following Thursday at HOPE's Center. A panel of four (4) will share suggestions for coping with the holidays. There will be handouts and refreshments.
"GRIEF SUPPORT FOR HOSPITAL AND NURSING HOME STAFF": This program will provide educational and support sessions for patient care staff, department directors and new hires. Training TBA.
